Cancellation Policy

1. How to Cancel

You can cancel your EasyWhatsApp subscription at any time by visiting your account's Subscription settings page and selecting "Cancel Subscription". No phone call or email is required.

2. When Cancellation Takes Effect

Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have full access to all features you paid for until that date. Your subscription will not renew automatically after cancellation.

3. No Refund on Cancellation

Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for the remaining days in your current billing cycle. All payments made are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

4. Data After Cancellation

After your subscription ends:

  • Your account will be downgraded to a limited or inactive state.
  • Your data (contact lists, campaign history, reports) will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
  • If you re-subscribe within the 30-day window, your data will be restored.
  • Connected WhatsApp instances will be disconnected upon subscription expiry.

5. Account Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms and Conditions — including spam, misuse of the API, or fraudulent activity — without prior notice and without refund. In such cases, no data recovery will be provided.

6. Re-subscribing

You are welcome to re-subscribe at any time. If your data retention window has not expired, your previous data will be available again upon re-subscription.
