Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using EasyWhatsApp. By creating an account or using our platform you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. The Service

EasyWhatsApp is a cloud-based messaging automation platform operated by Remah Digital LLC (Ismailia, Egypt). The platform enables businesses to send WhatsApp campaigns, manage contacts, automate responses, and access analytics through a web dashboard and REST API.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate business entity to use EasyWhatsApp. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Acceptable Use

EasyWhatsApp is built to make business marketing easy — not to enable spam. You agree that you will:

  • Only send messages to contacts who have given you permission to receive communications from your business.
  • Comply with WhatsApp's Terms of Service and all applicable laws, including anti-spam and data protection regulations.
  • Not use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages, phishing content, illegal promotions, or any form of harassment.
  • Not attempt to bypass our anti-spam systems, rate limits, or usage restrictions.
  • Not resell or sublicense access to the platform without written permission.

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these rules without prior notice and without refund.

4. API Usage & Rate Limits

Access to the EasyWhatsApp REST API is subject to the following limits based on your subscription plan:

  • API requests are throttled per minute and per day to protect platform stability.
  • Exceeding rate limits will result in temporary suspension of API access for that session.
  • Automated systems that repeatedly trigger rate limits may be suspended without notice.
  • Rate limit details are documented in the API Documentation.

5. Subscription & Billing

EasyWhatsApp is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • All fees are charged in advance for the subscription period.
  • Prices are displayed at checkout and may be subject to VAT or applicable taxes.

6. No Refunds

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a billing period begins — whether monthly or annual — no refunds or credits will be issued for unused time, feature changes, or early termination. Please review the plan features carefully before subscribing.

In the exceptional case that EasyWhatsApp experiences prolonged service unavailability (exceeding 72 consecutive hours) directly caused by our systems, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a service credit for the affected period.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, trademarks, and materials on EasyWhatsApp are the property of Remah Digital LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for its intended purpose only.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Remah Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost data, or WhatsApp account restrictions imposed by Meta.

9. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes where possible.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ismailia, Egypt.
