Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before subscribing. By completing a payment on EasyWhatsApp, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below.

1. No Refunds on Subscriptions

All subscription payments — whether monthly or annual — are strictly non-refundable. Once a billing cycle begins, we do not issue refunds or credits for:

  • Unused days or unused features within the subscription period.
  • Downgrading to a lower plan mid-cycle.
  • Account suspension due to violation of our Terms and Conditions.
  • Changing your mind after payment is processed.

We strongly recommend using any available free trial or reviewing the plan details before subscribing.

2. Service Outage Exception

In the rare event that EasyWhatsApp is completely unavailable for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours due to a fault on our end (not caused by third parties including WhatsApp/Meta, or your own account restrictions), we may, at our sole discretion, issue a service credit proportional to the downtime. This credit will be applied to your next billing cycle and is not redeemable as cash.

3. Billing Errors

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly or charged twice for the same period, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, issue a correction.

4. Chargebacks

Initiating an unjustified chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting us will result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide payment processor evidence of service delivery.
